Group Fitness Classes
Our most popular service is our group fitness classes. We breakdown the week between strength classes and conditioning classes.

Mondays: Lower Body Strength
Tuesdays: Tabata Cardio
Wednesdays: Upper Body Strength
Thursdays: Circuit- Cardio
Fridays: Butts & Guts
Saturdays: Tabata cardio
Semi-Private Training
Led by fitness professional Julia, this personal training session is geared for those looking to take their results to the next level. This session allows you to get the experience of one-on-one without the cost as the session only allows up to 5 people to train at a time. While sharing the time, you are working on your own personal program. Sessions include every 12 week a 'fitness report card" where we test your body physically and weigh in to make sure you are getting results and moving closer and closer to your goals.
Open Gym Key Fob Access
Use the cardio deck, power racks sleds, turf, tires, ropes, dumbbells and more at your own disposal. Train with the coaches when they train, follow a work out of the day on the board or do you own thing in our designated open gym time spots.

Group Training/Classes:  45 Minutes of strength training or conditioning workouts
Semi-Private Training: 40-60 Minutes of personal programing (see app for schedule) 
Open Gym Class: Workout without a coach, do the workout on the board or from the daily recorded video or do your own thing!
