GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
A personalized approach to group classes with strength only days and cardio only days
CLASSES
All classes range anywhere between 45minutes to 1 hour. You will never do the same workout twice as each session is designed new every day.
MODIFICATIONS
All fitness level can take all classes as we can switch our weight, equipment and movements for any reason
Coaching
Our certified personal trainers will always explain and demonstrate the class live before we begin our session.
Memberships
We offer multiple options for memberships and packages depending on your needs. No contracts. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
CLASS SCHEDULE
We take a lot of pride in our trademark saying, "form first." We care a lot more about proper and safe movement than we do about how much you sweat or how much weight you move. We prioritize strength training in a group setting by have strength only days and cardio/full body only days.
Strength only days will be weight lifting for reps and sets. This is a slower paced class that allows a each individual member to work at their level. You will not be doing any running, jumping or burpees on a strength day. These classes are designed to build and tone long lean muscle (we guarantee you wont be able to "bulk"

Cardio/full body days are a blend of strength training and uses a lot more functional and cardio based equipment. We have various class style while some use the clock, some are circuits and some are a blend. One thing for sure, is that you will be in a fat burning state during and after these workouts
