6 Weeks Training
Unlimited training in our unique classes that range from 7am to 5:30pm including Saturdays. We focus mainly on strength training, muscle sculpting and toning! All fitness levels are welcome and can workout in any session!
Targeted Nutrition
Super easy to follow done-for-you recipes to choose from makes this a think-free, pick a meal and eat it plan. Don’t like fish, cheese, meat? It doesn’t matter, we have over 40 meal options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and deserts available for you to choose the meals YOU want to make and eat.

Accountability Check-in/Home work
A new way to earn points this challenge is by your accountability check-ins with your coach! These weekly phone calls or Zoom meetings will review your week of training and eating along with establishing action steps and assigning homework's. Members who check in for their accountability appointments will receive points as well as providing proof of completed homework to add even more additional points.
Nutrition Food Plan/Prep Videos
In addition to a printed recipe book, this year we will also be adding new meals and food options with video demonstrations and food prep tips by coach Julia. She will give you substitute ideas, things to make last minute and offer up easy swaps or dishes you can use if you need more variety or need to veers off the recipies a bit.

 Where is Motivators Personal Training Located?
We are located 2 buildings down from the Car Wash USA on 1020 Industrial Blvd. Southampton, PA 18966
What If I can't make it every day to train?
No worries! If you can make it at least 3 days a week to train, you will still get amazing results (especially is you follow our done-for-you meal plans.)
How Long Are Your Sessions
Each training sessions is about 45-50 minutes with demonstration included
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have customization for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to fit your fitness level!
